Jane Penderwick, the third daughter of Mr. Penderwick, would most likely want to go on vacation to New York City. New York City is famous for its many Broadway plays, libraries, and art museums. Jane enjoys writing her own books and plays, and her goal is to one day be published. Spending time in New York City and experiencing several plays and visiting the famous libraries and art museums would be a dream come true for her. Jane is going to be spending three days of glorious and wonderful vacation time in New York City. She will arrive her first day in the heart of the city by train from Boston. Jane will stay at the Hilton Hotel located right on Broadway Street so she can just walk to the playhouse and surrounding restaurants. During her first day, she will visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art and have lunch at Tavern on the Green. After lunch, if the weather is nice, she will take a stroll in Central Park. For the remainder of the afternoon, Jane will go to the New York Public Library, the second largest library in the United States, and will explore the many sections of the library. By the first evening, Jane will return to her hotel to have a quiet dinner with room service and relax for the next day. Day two of Jane’s vacation will start after breakfast with a trip to the Museum of Modern Art. After leisurely walking around for the morning in the museum, she will have lunch at the Carnegie Deli and return to her hotel and rest for the afternoon. Jane will attend her first ever Broadway play this night and will see Anastasia at the Broadhurst Theater. After the play, she will have a late dinner on Broadway. On Day three of Jane’s vacation, she will visit the Simon & Schuster Publishing Company to speak to an editor about possibly getting one of her books published. When she finishes there, she will take the ferry to see the Statue of Liberty and have lunch in their café there. This will take the remainder of the day. The next morning, she will leave to go home to Boston by train. Since Jane enjoys writing books and plays, this will be the perfect vacation for her.

Greg Hefley is a chill setback person, so I have an idea where he would want to go. I think that Gregg would want to go to Hawaii because you can sit back and enjoy the sun for as long as you want. Greg can also order drinks and go swimming in nice worm sea. If I could go anywhere that’s where I would go to, and there is good food there. And after that Greg can go sit in his resort balcony and enjoy the view of the sun set. Any ways he could get some away time from his hectic family and get some alone time. But the next day he could sleep in and go to a video game convention and be there for half the day but then after he could go to a five star restaurant and enjoy the food. Then after that he could wake up and go skydiving and face his fears than after sky diving he could go fishing on a yacht and catch gigantic fish. After that its night than you go to the beach with friends and go shark fishing. After shark fishing go eat at an outside restaurant by the ocean and order a nice juicy steak and after that you get a giant ice cream Sunday. Then after that he goes and sits in a hot tub and relaxes. Then the next day he goes to a giant water park for the rest of the day.

Greg does not make other people laugh. Greg is happy when having Rowley coming over to his house. Greg is not happy when his older brother Rodrick picks on him. Frank Heffley has several meanings. Calebo was such a brave, intelligent, special, and amazing horse. After this book he continued on his life with happiness of being free. That is what he deserved after everything that he went through. Having to almost be killed in a slaughter house is horrible. No horse should have to go through that. Now he is able to run free in a big pasture with many other horses just like him. All of his braveness and courage paid off because now he is having the best time of his life. Every horse should be able to experience this when they get old like Calebo. He definitely lived happily ever after even though he had to go through many challenges through his life. One challenge was being taken away from his mother. Even though every horse has to do this at a time in their life it was very hard for him. He also had to through the pain of saying his goodbyes to many of his best friends. That was a big trial for him but even though that happened he stayed strong. Calebo went through a lot of pain with having to be a lame horse. His legs hurt him very bad and the people who owned him pushed him very hard. He couldn’t even speak for himself because he was a horse. He had such a kind heart his journey of helping children. Everything he did was very special and everyone who got to spend time with him was very lucky.

100 Deadly Skills is a book that provides a lot of information about how to survive is difficult situations, get away from attackers, escape a car, and many other skills to help survive a situation that is tough. Safety is a main topic in the book. An example of safety would be making sure your hotel room is safe. ““An operative will look for a room that is equidistant from stairwells and elevators-a room too close to the emergency exit exposes him to the risk of being grabbed and shoved into a stairwell”(Emerson 48). In a hotel room it is good to stay the third floor or below because if u need to escape a firetruck ladder can only reach that. It is also good to use different exits every time you leave the building so someone cannot pick up your routine. “Fortunately hotels have many entrances and exits; use them unpredictably to avoid creating routines that could be observed and anticipated” (Emerson 48). It is also good to keep every door locked when you are in the hotel room and out of it. Doors are used to get in. a doorstop or wooden wedges will stop somebody from getting into your hotel. Another good idea to be safe is to duct tape your door. You can also create a tension line between your doors. It can also be good to put big objects in front of your door. This book shows how to stay safe in a hotel room and helps give good ideas on what to do if you are in a bad situation.

In the book what light Sierra is a senior in high school who lives a life in California and in Oregon. Every year during Christmas her and her family go to California to sell their christmas trees. A few years prior to when this book takes place, she was still living her life in California and in Oregon but she never wanted to go to Oregon because it meant she would leave her friends. All she wanted was to have one Christmas with her friends in Oregon. She begged and begged but her parents wouldn’t ever let her stay. Sierra would always be so sad because she would see pictures that her friends posted on instagram and it seemed like they were always having so much fun but Sierra was stuck sitting in California selling Christmas trees. When she came back home she would always hear stories from her friends about how much fun they had. Every christmas Sierra hated going to California every year, but she learned to love it. She met a friend, and her dad ended up hiring some cute boys at the christmas tree lot that she would have fun stalking on instagram. Years passed and Sierra started to love california and often missed it when she was back home in Oregon. Sierra found to love both Oregon and California and made friends and was proud to call California and Oregon her home.

His writing career would have taken off with a few of his books made into movies. Gordie eventually writes about the events of what happened when him and his friends went to the back harllow road to see a dead body. Gordie would later learn about his friends and what happened to them. Vern would start a family and get an alright job. Later he would be at a party where a fire would start, Vern would die in the house fire and his family would mourn his death. Teddy tries to join the army, but his ear would keep him out. He does some jobs around Castle Rock, never settling on just one job. He would be in a car with a few friends and would get into a car crash. A few would die on impact, but Teddy would survive, and he would continue to do different jobs around town. His friend Chris graduates from high school, though not without some trouble. Chris wouldn’t have enough credits to get into college, so he would take a few more classes before moving into college. He would later graduate from college. Months later Chris would be at a McDonalds and two men would be fighting. He would try to stop the fight but would get stabbed in the stomach twice. He gets rushed to the hospital and survives with only minor stab wounds. Chris, Teddy, and Gordie would contact each other and meet up to remember the good old days. They would be friends again and would live out their lives like normal.

In the Perfectionists series Mackenzie, Ava, Julie, Parker, and Caitlynn have a lot of interests of a wide range. Along with those interests comes the desire to meet those who founded the very thing they are interested in or where they themselves were interested in. Mac I believe would love to meet Beethoven and Mozart considering she plays the Cello and is into classical music herself. To meet two “fathers” of classical music would be a substantial and inspiring opportunity. Ava being into fashion, I would assume would like to meet some fashion icons Such as Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe or even the lovely Jacqueline Kennedy. Ava would probably want to meet some iconic fashion designers themselves such like Coco Channel, Louie Viton, Dior, etc. Julie is a bubbly girl who is terrified that the façade of a life she made for herself will come crashing down. I feel someone she’d like to meet is Queen Elizabeth, Princess Diana, or Princess Kathrine. These three women broke boundaries and people’s expectations. These women came from common lives and lived up to the Royal expectation and broke them just like Julie came from a poor lifestyle, but can rise above it as it does not define her. Parker a broken, abused, and defeated girl I feel would want to meet Christina Aguilera who was abused by her father just as Parker was. Christina could give Parker the boost of confidence she has been needing and give her some advice on how to overcome the abuse. Lastly Caitlin is an all-time soccer champ at Beacon Heights High School who would want to meet the first and one of the best female soccer players. This woman is none other than Mia Hamm who has played for the U.S. women’s national soccer team for seventeen years, and who is a two-time Olympic gold medalist and FIFA Women’s World Cup champion. These girls each have different interests of varying degrees and because of them it makes them stronger as friends.

Problems will keep coming up in life that has to keep getting solved. This is what Turtles all the Way Down means.

What’s living in a brand new, huge house really like? I wish that I could live in such a large, and cool house like your house is. I imagine all the great halls, stairs, corridors, and rooms of your new giant house must be very interesting just to walk through and explore. The land of Narnia must be pretty epic, especially because it’s another entire world inside an average, everyday wardrobe that had been built for holding the professor’s old coats. Susan and Peter, what did you think about Lucy’s original description of Narnia when she spoke of her first visit to Narnia? Did you really believe it, or not, because I wouldn’t have if I were you. And Edmund, why did you lie about seeing Narnia? I wouldn’t have, especially if you wanted those turkish delights? It must be weird to be talking to birds and beavers like they are actual people with minds that think. And as for Mr. Tumnus, what was it like talking to a faun? It must have been pretty crazy to do! My advice for you Susan, Peter, and Lucy is to stay with the beavers you met until it is safe to go. They will be the best way to get to Aslan to save your friend Tumnus and Edmund. My advice for you Edmund, is if you read this i’d recommend trying to escape from the witch.

The Characters in a book is what makes a story fabulous, but sometimes the names meanings of characters has a deeper meaning or hidden lesson for what is in the story. Many people read books taking the names of Characters for granted, yet the names may make a story for themselves. In the book Munich signature Many names are quite suitable for the character in possession of the name or are very unlike the character whatsoever. The beautiful young protagonist, Eliza Murphy’s name means pledged to God which suits her very well. Throughout the book Eliza is faithful to God and only wants His will for her life. Eliza’s husband, the handsome and talented journalist, John Murphy’s name means God is gracious. This name fits into his life because he is always in a difficult position, but God is always Gracious no matter what. Leah whom is a good friend of Eliza and John has an interesting name. Leah means tired, weary. This does describe her occasionally when waiting to try to get to safety, but this definition is quite a vague description. Shimon ,whom is Leah’s husband, has a good name which means to hear and listen. Throughout his life no matter the trial, Shimon will listen to Christ which some people may need to do more often. Charles’s name means man. Throughout the poor boy’s life he struggles with his cleft pallet, Murderous Nazis hunting him down, the death of his parents, separation from his brother for a while, surgery and being unable to speak for a very long duration. Through all of this pain he is so very tough deeming him as tough as a man. Louis’s name means great warrior which does not fit him. Louis is Charles’s brother, but he is too young to be a great warrior, being less than ten at least. These names give the book deeper meaning and make the character’s actions more sensible to what names they have.

There are many places that Mack would want to go on vacation, but I think the place that he would most want to go is Big Bear. I think Mack would want to go there because it is a forest with many trees and a large lake in the center of the forest. It is also really calm, fun, and relaxing place to go on vacation, and Mack wouldn’t really have to worry about anything bad happening to him. He would be there for three days to relax and get away from all of the fighting and commotion happening in his life. The first day he is there at Big Bear, he would just explore the place to know where all the stores, and food places are. But before Mack does that, he would go find the house that he is renting, so he can set up all of the things he packed and get comfortable to that house. The next day, he would go kayaking in the lake for a few hours. Since Mack has aqua phobia, he really didn’t want to fall in the water, so he wasn’t going super fast. Instead he was trying to go as slow as he can to not fall in. The third day he was at Big Bear, Mack wanted to rent a bike, so he can go on a little bike ride for an hour or two. After his little bike ride, Mack would go fishing since he brought a fishing pole. The next morning, he could get ready to leave and go back to fighting crime.

A long walk to water has many similarities to many movies and books. Salva one of the main characters gets lost in the country Sudan and is trying to find a way home. The movie Lion is very similar to the situation Salva is in. Lion is a movie based off this boy who gets lost and has no one to help or protect him and finds many challenges he has to face in order to survive. Salva should see this movie because he knows what it feels like to get lost and maybe he can find the boy in the movie lion and have a talk with him. Another movie I recommend is Thor: Ragnorak because Thor in the beginning of the movie gets lost in this junk yard planet and has to overcome many challenges to fight and get back his home. This movie relates to Salva overcoming many challenges along the way on his journey to find his family. The third movie that Salva should definitely see is Island of the Dolphins because although this little boy gets left behind with his sister they fight to survive and get off the island. This relates to Salva fighting his way out of being lost and finding a way home. I hope Salva will find his family throughout the book so that he can tell not only me but his family what he did to find his family.

Rachel: I think I have a better chance with Evan because we spend more time together and Steve ... I do not know. He is great but, I am not feeling it with him.
Italia: That is a really tuff decision. Now for the really deep question, do you think your parents will get back together.
Rachel: I really hope so, but recently I have no idea. My mom says should would not, but she has not seen my dad yet.
Italia: True. Also, what are you going to do if you do not win the bake sale? You will not be able to pay back your mom and maybe even not see your dad.
Rachel: I will probably tell the truth, but I am still going to see my dad because I really want my parents back together.

They did a really great job writing this book. This book shows how Clayton and Ellen Kershaw are missionaries that go to africa. They have a foundation called the Kershaw foundation. The foundation works by every time Clayton Kershaw strikes out a batter they give one- hundred dollars to their mission in Africa. They are trying to raise enough money so they can build a schoolhouse there so they can learn. The Kershaw foundation is very neat

She should read the book The Death Cure because in many ways it is very similar to what is going on in her own life. In the book they encounter and battle these alien-like creatures called grievers so they can escape the maze forever. Cassie is battling her own alien-like humans who are trying to take over the world while she tries to stay alive and figure out a way back home. She is forced to fight back just like in The Death Cure where they have to fight for their freedom and their world. Like Cassie once said “we will not win if we don’t work.” She should also read the book Spy School because Cassie had to become her own spy in the book and try to infiltrate the alien leader headquarters in order to know what their next move was. It is a book I think she would really enjoy and could learn a lot from. Another good book is I Survived because there are things Cassie could learn to master for her survival. It is extremely snowy outside in the book because the aliens are trying to freeze the humans to death. She could learn survival skills that would help her handle these types of harsh conditions. Auggie and Me would be a good read because it is a great book all around. It demonstrates how to stand up to those who bully and how to help protect one another from being bullied. This book would help Cassie have greater confidence to stand up to and defeat the aliens. A Dogs Purpose is about a dog being man’s best friend and having an owner to love and who loves them back the same way Cassie loves dogs. Cassie would enjoy this book because she had two dogs of her own before the aliens invaded. She had unconditional love for her animals before she had to leave them behind.

In Auggie and Me I chose the character Charlotte to watch the three movies that I think she should watch. I think my character should watch The Princess and the Frog because in the movie the main character works as hard as she can in order to get enough money to have her own restaurant. I think Charlotte should watch this because she always tries her hardest no matter what she does. I also think my character should watch the movie Despicable Me 3 because in the movie one of the characters had really wanted a pet unicorn and she got a goat with one horn instead and the movie was just a very sweet, happy, and funny movie. I think Charlotte should watch this movie because even no matter what tough times she is going through she can always watch a movie that can make her laugh. Lastly another movie I think Charlotte should see is the movie The Emoji Movie because in the movie a bad emoji tries to get rid of one of the emojis because people think he always messes things up. I think Charlotte should watch tis movie because it shows all of the different types of feelings you can have inside your body. I think Charlotte should watch all these movies because they all can relate to what she feels inside now matter how happy or hurt she is on the inside. These are all the reasons I think Charlotte should watch all of these movies.

I heard about your problem at the pool party the other day. It seems that Scott Spencer got an Xbox 20/20 right about the time you lost the $208 from your pocket on the same day. We all know that Scott doesn’t have that much money so he must have taken it from you. The next time you see him ask him where he got the money from. If he tells you he earned it, he’s lying. I think I know of a way for you to get the money back. If you can prove to Spencer’s parents that he took the money, he will have to return the Xbox for a refund and give the money back to you. It just so happens that Jack’s parents have recently installed a security system with cameras throughout the house. Ask Jack for a copy of the tape the day you went swimming there to see if Scott took the money out of your shorts pocket. The videotape will tell the truth of what really happened that day, and Scott won’t be able to argue with it. Once you find out the truth, go to Scott’s parents and show them the tape, and they will force Scott to return the money to you. If by some chance you see on tape that Scott didn’t steal the money, at least you will not have any more bad feelings towards him, and you will know he was telling the truth when he said to you he didn’t take the money.

Max would probably want to go to America for a vacation. America is the land of the free so max would enjoy being free. Also, America is a beautiful place to vacation. America is known to have pretty beaches and water. Max would want to go there to feel free. I think he could finally feel relaxed. He won’t have to be constantly worrying about his family’s safety and his friend safety. On the first day he would probably go to New York to see the beautiful city and the statue of liberty. The Statue represents freedom so he would enjoy visiting. Then he would go to Washington DC to see the White House, Lincoln Memorial, museums, capital building, and a lot more historic land marks. Max would want to learn about the history of America. The next day he would go to Florida to see the pretty beaches. Max will probably go to Colorado on the fourth day to enjoy a nice casino and go skiing. Then he would go to Las Vegas because it would be a good way to take his mind off stuff that happened at Germany. Also it would be a good place to spend time with his finally reunited family. On the sixth day, one of main places he would want to go is California. He could go to Knott’s Berry Farm and enjoy fun rides and games. He would also want to go to Hollywood to learn the history of movie making in Los Angeles since he likes movies. On his last days of vacation, Max would want to take a cruise to Hawaii and see beautiful sites and beaches in the beautiful state of Hawaii. This trip would certainly get Max’s mind off things during the war.

This book is a wonderful book. It included many problems of Frankie, including her friendship with Jess, her secret about finding a mom, and her friend, Elliot, believing that her house is haunted. I think Frankie and her dad should go to Hawaii with Frankie’s friends and her pets. They should go there because they have been always working on many stuff and drowned in sadness because of Frankie’s mom’s loss. They are always following rules and baking, I think they should get a break and rest a little in Hawaii. The first day they go there, they would be happily unpacking and getting ready for their happy vacation. They would have the greatest time ever. In the book they had to follow many rules and bake many things, so they deserve to have a trip like that. Frankie would write a journal about every day and hoping her mother would see it even know she is dead. This book is an good book, it can teach others how to solve certain problems. This book also tells us how Frankie solved many of her problems. She likes a three person family and is hoping to find a mom so she would go to the winter festival. Each year her father can’t bring her because he need to do much more stuff and it is only him. this book is a wonderful book that teaches us to be responsible.

Lucie Blaise went through the holocaust. She experienced many different situations one of them including her brother getting killed by the Nazis. I thought Lucie should deserve a playlist of her own for all that she went through. I was thinking five or six songs would be good. So the first song that would be on her playlist is power by Little Mix. I think that would be a good song because the song is all about girl power and in her book it is all about her surviving on her own and making sure the Nazis don't see her coming with her plan to attack them and defeat them as in getting payback for when they killed her brother. The second song I would Pick out for Lucie is That's my Girl by Fifth Harmony because it's all about lifting girls up when they are sad or going through a ruff time and she was going through a ruff time with the Nazis killing her brother and her trying to survive. The third song that I will pick for her is Oh What a Beautiful Morning by Bing Crosby because lucie was alive in 1943 and this is when the time was. I also feel that the song oh what a beautiful morning is a happy song and I feel like it would make her happier. The fourth song I would pick out for Lucie would be the song Oklahoma by Alfred Drake because it makes me feel happy and it was from a very pleasant play in 1943. For the last and Final song I chose We are the Champions by Queen because it makes me feel confident about myself and I feel like that's what she needs to feel confident about herself. Those are all that songs I think would be in her playlist.

Karma Cooper has gone through a major disaster! She used to be the most popular girl on snappypic but ever since her phone got token away from her parents and they deleted her snappypic account they replaced her with a flip phone which she calls flippy. Her parents dont even know what her parents took away from her they just through away twelve thousand followers and threw them down the drain. Now with her pay as you go flip phone she cant do anything she cant message or have any apps all she an do is call. Her friend Ella is always with her in times of need Ella couldn’t believe what happened but she new everything was going to be okay. There is going to be a spirit week competition and the most popular girl in school was going to ask Karma if she wanted to post about it on her social media and really get it out there but when she heard that her parents took it away they didnt want her to do it anymore but Karma suggested Ella because she has five hundred followers and she is very artistic she thought maybe she can do the banners. Bailey agreed and was going to let Ella do it. Karm was so angry at her parent she cant text her friends because her flip phone cant do that and she cant go anywhere because she is grounded for going on her phone at there friends bar mitsfah she was hiding in the bathroom and going on snappypic for at lest an hour she lied to her mom and said she was sick but the girl next to her Sid she heard lots of bings from her phone so thats how she got her phone token away. That’s also why she got grounded. That’s also why her snappypic account got deleted. Her parents said she can earn her phone back if she acts nice but that wouldn’t really do anything because her snappypic account is deleted! She would have to start from scratch if only there was some way she get her account back but she fists needs to make a plan to get her her phone back. Karma should ask Ella what to do.

Kids usually look up to someone and they might think of them as a superhero. Two people Robert Hoge might think of as superheroes are his parents. His parents have four kids and one was born a little differently. They both believe in Robert and care about him. Robert’s mom originally didn’t want to take Robert anywhere, but she eventually gained bravery to bring Robert places. A trait that I think Robert would want like his parents are their bravery. They were both very brave to bring him places. They were brave to let the doctors operate on Robert. His parents believed that he could be like any other kid. They put him in swimming lessons and were brave enough to take the risk of letting him swim with his artificial legs. Another person Robert would think of as a superhero is God. Robert would think of God as a superhero because he is living because God gave Robert life. God performed miracles in Robert’s life. Robert knows God had a plan for him because Robert said if God didn’t want him to race he wouldn’t have given him artificial legs. People who have been made fun of, but stood up for themselves would be considered a superhero in Robert’s eyes. Robert himself has faced difficult times in his life because of his appearance, but he knows his family and friends love him for who he is. Anyone who stands up for themselves would be an inspiration to Robert because he would learn how to stand up for himself and not worry about what others think of him. Anyone can be made fun of, but what you can do is stand up and know you are perfectly and wonderfully made.

Robert Honge has an dissformed face. He can meet many people like Martin Luther King Junior, Rosa Parks, and Augie from the book Wonder. Martin Luther King Jr. was very good at speaking because he would always give inspiring advice to Robert when he was nervous about something. Robert should also meet Rosa parks because she knows how to stand up for self. It would help Robert to know how to defend himself. Lastly he should meet Augie because he could see that many other people are just like him and he doesn't have to worry about anything. Another person who I think could use help is Roberts mother. Roberts mother wanted a perfect baby instead she got a baby that she says is ugly. Roberts mom didn't even want to take him home she wanted to leave him at the hospital so he could die. I think she could've met many people at the time like Aggies mom, Charles Wallace in the book A Wrinkle in Time, and Anthony Robles. Aggies mom knows what it feels like to have a son that looks different so she can tell her what are the best things about having a different son and help Roberts mom with anything else. I also think Charles Wallace from the book A Wrinkle in Time will help her calm down in situation like to take Robert from the hospital. Last but definitely not least Anthony Robles will show Roberts mom that just because something is wrong with you doesn't make you different. Anthony is a wrestler who has one leg and he is now a national champion.Even though his step dad left the family and he wanted to drop out of wrestling he din't give up on wrestling just like Roberts mom didn't want him but she still believed.
