The book Duke takes place 1944, Seattle Washington. In Duke, the theme is bravery. this is because Hobbie, the owner of Duke, the dog, had a very special relationship with Duke. Almost everywhere Hobbie went, Duke went. Even if Hobbie ever gets bullied, Duke is always there for him. But one day Hobbie's dad had to go to war. In respect of his dad, Hobbie decided to donate his dog to the military organazation that's called Dogs for Defense. But he immediately regretted this. Hobbie felt like there was something missing in his life after Duke was gone. Nothing for him to play fetch with,no dog to protect you, no companion that you can truly trust. So Hobbie decided to try and get duke back, but nothing would seem to work. But Hobbie kept on trying. Then, Hobbie got a letter from the military- His dad was captured by the Germans! At this point, Hobbie knew that the best thing he could do to help his dad was to send Duke. So Hobbie let stopped trying. Later, Hobbie got a letter that said how during a rescue mission, Duke saved a man named Marv, who hobbie knew. Fortunately, Duke was still alive, but only a little injured. All Hobbie had was hope. After a year or so of letters coming in on what was happening, the war was over. There was a knock on the door- it was Hobbie's father.

Tris would most like to go on vacation to Arizona because she loves adventure. In the desert you can go dirt bike riding which is daring just like the way Tris is. When she first gets there, Tris would unpack her car, settle in for the night and then head to bed. In the morning she makes breakfast and gets ready for her family to arrive a little later. First Tris gets ready to go ride on the Sea-Doo. She hooks up the trailer, puts it in the water and takes off for an exhilarating ride on the river. She zooms around and jumps some waves in her daredevil fashion. When her family arrived she pulled the Sea-Doo out to greet them. One of her brothers asked if she wanted to go dirt bike riding. So after dinner they put their gear on and headed for the canyons to ride. They got there and nobody else was there so they started doing jumps and racing. When they finished, Tris and her brother headed home and got ready for bed. They were both extremely exhausted after their fun filled day of racing. The next morning after everyone woke up, Tris made breakfast for them. After her family left, Tris went to the garage to pull the boat out. She launched the boat in the water and had some fun cruising around before heading to the sand bar to chill for the day. When she got home Tris decided to head to town to get some dinner. After dinner Tris called it a night and went to bed early. When she woke up she packed her bags, got in her car and headed back home to reality.

The movies I picked for the main character to see are The Secret Life of Pets, Shiloh, and Pete’s Dragon. I chose The Secret Life of Pets because it has many dogs and Travis likes dogs. This movie also has a little bit of Old Yeller’s story line. There are two dogs in The Secret Life of Pets and they get lost. So they try to find there way home with a few obstacles in their way. They lie to get out of those obstacles, but it just gets worse. Shiloh is another close story line of Old Yeller. Travis would like this movie because it’s about a boy finding a dog like he did. Shiloh runs away from his mean and cruel owner. While the dog is running away, he runs into a boy. The boy loves the dog so much, that he decides to take the dog home. The dogs name was Shiloh. Shiloh’s original owner wanted Shiloh back, even though he was so mean. The boy wants Shiloh too, because he loves him, so he has to fight to keep him. The last movie was Pete’s Dragon. Travis would like this movie because it is about a little boy who finds a friendly dragon that he loves. Sadly, the parents died, but the little boy, Pete, survives. So Pete wanders in the forest until nighttime, when he hears a pack of wolves howling at the top of their lungs. They start surrounding Pete, but then, all of a sudden, Pete sees a big, green, but friendly, dragon!! The dragon quickly grabs Pete and runs away. The dragon starts to live with Pete and his Tarzan shorts, and fly with him on his back, and they do this every day.

Dear diary,
My week was so crazy. My friend left to go to his Grandparents house. So now I must help him with his newspaper route. Today when I was no the paper route, I was my “P” sounds. At this one house, I walked up to put the newspaper on the step, since I was practicing my “P” sounds I said the word pitch. The lady thought that I had called her a bad name. She yelled at me, but I was trying to tell her I said pitch, but since I have a stuttering problem I tried my best to tell her what I really said. After a while I rode away as fast as I could. When I got home I went straight to my typewriter and wrote a note, saying that I was sorry that it sounded like I said a bad word. I wrote what I really said which was pitch. I toke the letter and the next day I put it in the mail box. When I came back to put the paper on the porch, the lady was there sitting on the porch. She was wearing a very pretty dress and she was very happy, unlike all the other time I have put the paper on the porch. The next day was the worst my knife got stolen by AR T, the ladies husband was yelling and smashing lass bottles on the round. That night my Mom and Dad took me out to dinner. When we were there we meet their friends. The mixed smells of smoke, spaghetti, and drinks and I felt sick. I then out of nowhere I threw up. When we went home I feel asleep right away. Well that was my very crazy week.

In my book, there are two characters that I chose for this blog. The first character is Tinah, a chief of an island in the Pacific Ocean. One day a strange looking rock fill from the sky. He made it into a might spear that gave him super powers. He had the power of flit, super strength, super hear, super vision, super smell, and the spear could shut out lasers. His superhero name was Tracker. With his new power, he traveled the world. He saw the good and the bad. He stayed in New York City were the evil King Crab lived. He had a huge grab army. But Tracker stopped him from taking over the world. On that same day when Tinah got his powers, a man in England got some new powers as well. The man’s name was William Bligh. He got different powers than Tinah. He got the power to control the four elements: fire, earth, water, and air. The power to control the elements was incredible. It was invigorating, the power consumed him, but he was finally able to break free. He now wanted to help the world by protecting it. And his superhero name was Avatar. A kid fell in a pool on radiated rot. He absorbed the radiated rot. He became a living piece of rot. He became corrupted and wanted to make the world into a rotted waste land. His name became kid rot. They battled and the battle shucked the hole earth. Avatar barely won the fight. He trapped him in a giant orb. The orb kept him contained because of the four-elemental ring made of fire, water, earth, and air. The world was once safe again.

I am the author of The Tale of Despereaux. I am going to tell you about what happened to the characters in the book years before and later. Despereaux later became a rain forest adventurer, he loved his job. He lived very happily. It is very cool that he is happy because at a young age he had a hard life. Despereaux is a very brave mouse to get through the things he went through. Early in the story, Miggery Sow was born and her father sold her. I wonder how it would feel to be her because it would be so hard to live like that. No one loved her. When she was sold, she was the slave and was abused very bad. But in the end she was okay. When she was older her dream of becoming a beautiful princess came true. People had to serve her, she didn’t serve anyone anymore. She was so happy. Princess Pea grew up and became a queen and was so beautiful and such a nice queen. Pea and Despereaux stayed in a very close friendship. Despereaux’s mother and father lived a very happy life together. Despereaux got to visit them often. Their family stayed very close. Despereaux’s brothers and sisters had kids also so now his mom and dad are grandparents! Despereaux loved his family and loved all of his nieces and nephews. He got through all of the tough times in his life. Despereaux is an awesome mouse and is very brave.

I have decided that I think that Joe Stoshack would like to go on a vacation to spring training. Arizona is a great place that go, but I have never been to the one in Florida. I am sure that that one is great as well. I am saying this because Joe lives is Kentucky and that is closer to Florida. Joe and his dad should go. Joe doesn't spend as much time with his dad as he does his mom so this would be a great vacation for the two of them. Joe and his dad also love baseball. I am suggesting that they take a plane to Arizona because I also have had, any great trips there and that is where the Angels play baseball at. I don't know if Joe likes the Angels. The Dodgers also play there and I think Joe might like to see that because once he went back in time to Jackie Robinson. He also got to spend time with Jackie and get to know him. That is the reason that he might enjoy going to see the Dodgers play. I think that it would take Joe and his dad about five hours to get to Arizona. Joe would probably go to a game right when he got there. He would like spring training games better than real games probably. I like them better. He would watch a game and then he would go to his hotel. Joe and his dad would most likely stay at the the Buttes which is a hotel in Arizona. It is located right next to Angel Stadium. He might also go to dinner that night too. The next day he and his dad would go to a breakfast place called Chompies. It is the best breakfast place I have ever been. Then from there he would go to another game. After the game that day, in the the night he would probably go see all of the cool places in Arizona. The next day he would go to Chompies again and then go see a baseball game. After that he would pack up his stuff and catch a flight home to Kentucky. That’s the trip that I think Joe and his father would love to go on.

In the book Jim Hawkins is the main character. My character would want to go to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. He would want to go there is because they serve you free food and drinks. When he would first get there, he would have dinner. Then after go to the teen club and play pool. When he gets bored he will play basketball and vs a team. Jim will go to the hotel and order room service and watch a movie. When he wakes up he will get some of the delicious bacon, eggs, and toast. He will also see lots of animals we he walks to the beach. At the beach there is rock climbing but it will be in the water. Jim will be happy when he gets a smoothie in the pool. In the pool there is a bar were you get a free smoothie but it will be a strawberry smoothie. Jim will meet nice people and have a great time. At night Jim would have lots of soda and play games with other people. When he gets tired he will watch a movie in the warm pool. Each day he will eat bread at every restaurant because bread is amazing. At night he will walk down to the beach and hear the waves crashing. But his most favorite day was when he will go pet some stingrays. The boat was big and the managers handed out soda so they would not be thirsty. When Jim got back and packed his bags to go home. When he was on the plane his most favorite was those smoothies.

ReplyDeleteI'm going to pretend that I'm the author for the book Narnia the horse and his boy. So if I made this book I would make a backstory for Shasta and Bree like. Shasta is taken away by calormane and Bree finds a new person like John the peasent and when Bree finds Shasta, Shasta realizes the John is his father. So then John, his father tells Shasta that he also found his mother, but when they find her she was gone. So Bree finds a note on Shasta's Moms bed and says " Dear John I hope you find Shasta there is calormane outside and are about to take me away to their kingdom Love Sally". So Shasta, Bree, and John went to go look for her and when they find her, she was locked up in a cage but then a calormane came and through a spear at Shasta , but then John jumped in front of Shasta. John was on the floor and his last words were " I love you Shasta" then died. That was my blog number six and as always see you next time.

Carli Lloyd went on a vacation to Hawaii for her honeymoon. She did many activities with her husband. Carli and her husband were in Hawaii for one week. On Sunday is the day she landed in Hawaii at 2:00 pm. On that first night she went to a Luau. She had a salad, fruit punch, and meat. The next morning she finally got to sleep in instead of waking up at 6:00 am to workout. Later that day on Monday, Carli and her husband went paddle boarding. Her husband has bad balance, but she does not. Carli fell off twice and her husband fell off nine times. Later they got shaved ice to celebrate their honeymoon. The next day on Tuesday, Carli woke up early to go for a three mile run on the beach. For lunch they went to a make your own sushi bar. Both of them went to bed early because of the time change. The next day on Wednesday Carli and her husband got room service for breakfast. Later that day they went on a tour of volcanoes. On that night Carli and her husband went to BJ’s for dinner. The next day on Thursday they went to see the sunrise from their room. After they watched it they had surfing lessons at 7:00. The rest of the day Carli and her husband relaxed. The next day on Friday both of them decided to go whale watching together. Also they caught fish and made it for dinner. Saturday was the last day of their trip so they got shaved ice. Carli and her husband were sad to leave Hawaii, butt it was time to go. When they got home is was 11:00 pm. On Sunday Carli made a scrapbook of the trip and returned back to soccer.

My first character I am choosing is going to be Ben. The first character I would select to meet ben would be Terrell Pryor. I picked Terrell Pryor because in college he was a quarterback. Now in the NFL he is a wide receiver. The second player I would pick would be Ezekiel Elliot because he’s just am all around good guy and just an amazing player. My third player for Ben would be Ty Montgomery because he turned from a wide receiver to a running back. These is very alike to what Ben does because he can honestly play anywhere on the field. The fourth player would be Dak Prescott because he shows me that even though he was picked late in the 4th round you can still be an amazing player if you try hard enough. My second character would be Shawn. Shawn is the coach’s son. He plays quarter back and they are battling for the starting position. The first player I would choose would be Russel Wilson because I think he is very inspirational because I have heard he goes to the children’s hospital every day. Second would be Tim Tebow because Tim Tebow was a starter then someone took his place. He ended up becoming a free agent and quitting football to play baseball. My last player for Shawn would be Drew Brees because he is just a nice guy and an old veteran to the NFL.

Frank Farrell: I thought it would be fun to own a baseball team.
J.B.: Why did you want a team in the new American League?
Frank: I thought it would be a popular team in New York that could compete with the Giants.
J.B.: Why did you partner with Mr. Devery to buy the team?
Frank: He is popular in New York, and he has a good reputation here.
J.B.: What do you think about making Willie Wee Keeler the highest played player in the league?
Frank: I think I paid the best player in the game to be the captain of our team.
J.B.: How do you feel about having almost your whole roster made up of National League players?
Frank: I feel great about it because they are experienced and wanted higher pay. The National League cut their salaries so we benefited from their mistake.
J.B.: Why have you changed your uniforms every single season?
Frank: I have not found the right one yet, but I think they look pretty sharp this season.
J.B.: Do you like the location of your ballpark?
Frank: I think the location is very nice, and it has a spectacular view. However, it is very hard to get to the stadium because of the fact it is on a mountain.
J.B.: Was it hard to see your team lose the pennant on a wild pitch?
Frank: Yes, it was incredibly hard to watch us lose our only chance at the pennant so far because I know how hard they worked for it. You just have to move on and try to get it next year.

There are so many movies that I could recommend to the legend Errnie Davis. The one movie that really comes to mind is the movie Rocky. This movie is about a nobody who gets called up to pro boxing to fight a champ. Everybody is doubting him because he has never faught pr before. He starts to go to a legend trainer and learns all this stuff and grinds hard everyday. In the actual fight Rocky just cant go down, he keeps getting back up. He eventually goes the distance with the champ and he is proud of himself. I would recommend this to him because this movie is about hard work and beating the odds just like Ernie did with football. Another movie that I would recommend is The Blind Side. This movie is about a kid who lives in a terrible place with drug addicted parents. Then he gets taken in by a family and they help him make it to the NFL. The last movie that I would recommend to Ernie Davis would be Rocky two. This is about Rocky not only went the distance with Appolo Creed, but he won the match and became the champion. One reason I would recommend this is because of the workout scenes. These show intense work that Rocky put in which was exactly how Earnie worked. The movie also shows the humbleness of Rocky which Ernie Davis can relate to.

Eddie Braun was the stuntman of the year in 2016. Eddie Braun jumped the Snake River Canyon. Derek Fallon would love this stuntman to be his supper hero. Just like Derek Fallon he didn’t care what happened or what people said he just did it. An example is that Derek’s friends were being rude and awfully mean but, he didn’t care about what they said. Eddie’s example is that his friend told him not to do his stunt because another person named Evel Knievel tried to go over Snake River Canyon but, unfortunately did not make it. Eddie is brave and so is Derek. Derek had to jump up a big wall which you can break many limbs from. Eddie on the other hand has a Quote saying “I may not be the smartest or most talented stunt guy, but I can take a beating.
Sir Eddie Kidd started his stunt work around 14 years old. Just like Derek, Eddie has been in many films. Eddie Kidd was very loyal in his stunts. Derek makes sure he is on time and he can go to every thing. Derek fallon would like to have Eddie Braun’s characteristics because they are more alike. Even though they both have similar characteristics he would like Eddie Braun more than Eddie Kidd. Derek Fallon is a loyal and great kid that has a awesome personality. He loves his friends and doesn’t like to see his friends upset. I love Derek Fallon’s attitude and his respect for others.

If I could recommend three movies to the character Clarke in my book I would recommend The Hunger games, Divergent, and Interstellar. The Hunger games is about a group of twelve districts that are not among the richest of people. The wealthy people live in a city far from the districts. This city is filled with luxurious homes and very odd fashion and food. Once a year this city holds a real life game called the hunger games. In these games they force the people from the districts to participate. A young girl named Katniss and a young boy named Peeta are chosen to participate in these games where they will fight for their lives. I would recommend this movie to Clarke because it shows bravery and sacrifice throughout it. Clarke and 99 other young criminals were sent down to earth. While on earth the 100 run into some danger. They are forced to train and prepare to fight for their lives like in the hunger games. Divergent is about a girl named Tris who has to choose where she wants to place herself in life. She chooses to be apart of the group of people who take risks in life daily. She learns to fight for herself even though she is still being controlled by the people in charge of all factions. I would recommend this movie to Clarke because it shows bravery and not giving up on a journey even when it feels to hard to reach your goal. Interstellar is about a group of three men and one woman who go on a journey into space to possible find another planet that will sustain human life. I would recommend this movie to Clarke because it shows the danger and beauty of space. Sense Clarke grew up in space she would probably like to see more of it then just what she outside her own window.

If Donald would watch a movie, he would watch 13 Hours. This movie is about the terrorist attacks on Benghazi and how their lives were effected by this terrorist situation. He would watch this movie for a number of reasons. He probably actually did watch this movie and wanted it to use it as evidence against Hillary during the election. He is right in this accusation against Hillary because it actually happened. Donald Trump would also watch the movie Hillary's America. He would watch this movie because it is a movie about bashing Hillary and exposing her for all of the things that she has done wrong. This movie would provide Trump with a majority of reasons to use against her during the debate and election. This movie is very similar to another movie known as Obama's America. The only difference between these two movies is that Hillary takes the place of Obama. Trump would probably watch these movies in the Mar-a-Lago in Florida. The last set of "movies" that Donald Trump would watch are all the debates and the actual map of him winning all the states all over again. Hillary had a great victory center for her when she won. Even though Trump lost the majority vote, he still won via the Electoral College. This vote is the one that actually matters in a situation such as the election. Donald Trump may not have a very good taste in movies, but he so egotistical that he would watch himself beat Hillary all over again.

Chris: Hey Gregory! No problem, ask as many questions as you want! I am glad to share my experience with you today.
Me: Okay great! So tell me what inspired you to get into the military.
Chris: Well I've always been really patriotic and my father was in the military.Also I really liked working hard, I grew up living on ranches.
Me: Okay so if I'm correct you were a Navy Seal?
Chris: Yes, correct I was. However, when I was signing up I didn't plan on being a Seal. I was declined to sign up but a Seal called me over and talked me into it.
Me: Do you regret becoming a Seal?
Chris: No not at all. I'm very glad I became a Seal, infact I loved the action that came along with the position.
Me: What is something you miss the most after being a retired Seal?
Chris: The guys and the brotherhood. The guys were your number one family. You become so close you know their every move.
Me:.Was leaving your girlfriend at the time difficult? If so how did you guys get through it?
Chris: Yeah it was very difficult in the begining and we would always talk on the phone. She would send me letters and notes from time to time which I included in my book.
Me: Now talking about Seal information is kinda frowned upon isn't it?
Chris: Yes but I wanted to get the stories out. I wanted to get my brothers stories out there, they didn't exactly get the medal of honor but they died heroes and people should know about them.
Me: Whats it like killing someone?
Chris: The first time your not even sure you can do it, but after awhile you know your fighting for the safety of your country.
Me: Well Chris thank you for your time and service.

1st Question:
Hazel, how do you feel about yourself, being able to somewhat survive the terrible fluid swimming in your lungs, also known as cancer? Are you proud of yourself?
Her Answer: “Um, well, when I was first diagnosed, I felt like I was going to burst into a million pieces, just by knowing that one tragic day, this weird illness was going to swallow me whole. But as the years went by, I learned to stay strong.”
2nd Question: When your mom first told you that you were going to start going to Support Group, why did you groan in all frustration? Why didn’t you just go with the flow? What was bothering you?
Her Answer: “Oh, geez. I never meant to scream out like that, it just came. I guess I was just really tired of always being watched after and being helped. I know it sounds weird, but, I was truly grown up. I decided that I could do things on my own.”
3rd Question: If you were to do anything to change the way you spoke to Augustus when you first met him, what would’ve you changed?
Her Answer: “Probably I’d accept the fact that I was beautiful, although I didn’t feel that way. I know that there are other kids that are probably hoping to be pretty again.”
4th Question: What characteristic about Gus or his parents really stood out to you?
Her Answer: “The fact that Augustus was always open and welcoming to me. I mean, like, ever since the first day we met, he’s been a wonderful friend. I might as well start considering the future ideas of dating him. His parents… that’s a tough one. They have the same characteristics like Gus does, but… there’s like a pinch of pepper in them, just to add texture. They are like my stepmother and stepfather. They’re really close to me.

On vacation the characters from mean girls went to Hawaii I choose this place because it’s beautiful and it has so many islands that you could explore. One the first day of this amazing adventure they checked into their hotel swam in the pool for a couple hours and then went out to dinner at an amazing place on the water. The second day was the characters got up around 10:00 and they started there day with waffles for breakfast. Then they left the hotel and went down to the water for a couple hours there they went scuba diving and rented a pontoon boat for more adventures. The third day they got up packed all of their bags jumped on a boat and they traveled to a new island they couldn’t believe their eyes it was incredible. They checked into the hotel and they went to lunch on the new island. The fourth day they headed down to the beach and they saw a shark I am not kidding 8foot long shark they couldn’t be more scared in their entire lives. The fifth day they were all sad because they had to leave this incredible place tomorrow. To spend their day the best they could they took a tour of the whole island. The next day they were all sad that they had to leave this island. So they headed to the airport and remembered all Hawaii had in store for them.

Dear diary,
Today has been pretty crazy. If I were to tell anyone what I’ve been doing today, I’d be locked up in a psycho house with all of the weirdo’s, like that old lady who thinks that her cat was replaced with an alien double. I’ve been on the run with – as weird as it is – Aiden, my little brother. We went on an “adventure” to find a treasure hidden somewhere in London. We found it, but we also found ourselves a load of trouble. We met a guy named J.D. (don’t you just LOVE his name?) on the way. The guy is totally into me. Anyways, we have been trying to find a huge machine that will send us to a whole other universe, where we can keep the Stardust, which is the secret treasure, safe. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but Aiden is actually a pretty good brother, even though he is a total pest at times, and he seems to fall in love with all of my friends. We’ve dodged the police, like a hundred times, and I know mom and dad are going to kill us. No, they are going to lock us in juvie, then kill us. I have absolutely no clue how this crazy journey will end, but I hope it will have an ending where both J.D. and I will end up together.

The movies that i would recommend for the main character would be, star wars, Rambo,and alien. master chief would enjoy star wars because of how luke skywalker was an under dog but they still overcame it and ended up winning in the end. it also showed how they never gave up even when times got bad it got they would always find a way. i also think that he would enjoy Rambo because of how he was outnumbered but found a way to win it didn't matter if he was outgunned or outnumber he would never give up. i also think that alien would be a good movie because he fights aliens and no matter how scary it got or how intense he would win in the end. overall he is a person who never gives up no matter what.
